General Conditions of Sale for Stays at VILLA 30
Article 1 / Duration of Stay
The client signing this contract for a specified duration may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 - Price
2.1 The prices of services offered by the Guest House are in euros and include all taxes (VAT). They are valid at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 The rates include the provision of services as described on the Guest House's website or in documents provided to the Client.
2.3 Any additional fees, such as the tourist tax, will be specified to the Client at the time of booking and will also be mentioned on the final invoice.
Article 3 - Reservation and Payment
3.1 The Client can make a reservation online through the Guest House's website or by any other reservation method accepted by the Seller.
3.2 An deposit, the amount of which will be specified during the reservation, will be required from the Client to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the payment will be made on-site during the stay, unless otherwise indicated.
3.3 In case of cancellation by the Client, the cancellation conditions will be specified at the time of booking and may incur cancellation fees.
Article 4: Payment Methods
4.1. Online Payment by Credit Card (CB)
4.1.1 Transaction Security: Our online payment platform is secure, ensuring the confidentiality of your financial information. We use advanced security protocols to ensure the total protection of your data.
4.1.2 Accepted Card Types: We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Make sure your card is authorized for online transactions before proceeding with payment.
4.1.3 Billing: Your card will be charged the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation. A payment receipt will then be sent to you by email.
4.1.4 Cancellation and Refund: Refer to our cancellation policy for details on refunds related to cancellations.
4.2: Payment by Online Bank Transfer
4.2.1 Bank Details: If you choose payment by bank transfer, the necessary details will be provided during the reservation process. We do not retain your bank information after the transaction of your reservation.
4.2.2 Cancellation and Refund: The cancellation and refund conditions for payments by transfer comply with our standard policy. Please refer to it for more information.
Article 5 / Cancellation by the Client
Any modification is possible only after the agreement of "La villa 30" and may incur additional fees.
Article 6 / Cancellation Insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one.
Article 7 / Cancellation by the Owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner is forced to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform the client by email or phone message. The client will then be immediately and fully refunded the amounts he has already paid.
Article 8 / Check-in Time
The client must arrive on the specified day of his reservation, from 5 pm to 9 pm. The next morning (time of room availability and key return) and at the latest, by 11 am. The client will notify by phone if, by force of circumstances, he is obliged to arrive after 9 pm. Without notice, Villa 30 reserves the right to re-rent the room.
Article 9 / Check-out Time
The departure time for rooms is set at 11 am at the latest.
Article 10 / Settlement of Accommodation Balance
The balance of the stay must be paid the day before departure, at the initiative of the client.
Article 11 / Room Changes
Without the client being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the client with a room of the same capacity or higher capacity. In such cases, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 12 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 13 / Art of Living and Use of Premises
To ensure the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of Villa 30 guests, a certain "art of living" is required of all. It is especially requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. The client also undertakes to respect the guidelines of good manners that will be indicated to him, those that apply to everyone when living in a community, and these general terms of sale.
The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and financially assume – any damage for which he is responsible. It is specified that the kitchen available in the common room is not freely available to guests.
The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or those in authority over them.
Article 14 / Modification of Sales Conditions
These sales conditions can be modified at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these sales conditions are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
Article 15 - Personal Data
4.1 The Client consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Guest House for the purposes of managing reservations, billing, and communication.
4.2 In accordance with current regulations, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete his personal data. This right can be exercised by contacting the Guest House through the means indicated on the website.
4.3 The Client's personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, except with the express authorization of the Client or legal obligation.
By accepting the general terms of sale, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted all the above provisions.
